Mr. Wright has served in various roles working for both the Fisheries Management and Habitat and Enhancement sections. Mr. Wright earned a B.S. in Biology in 2008 and a M.S. in Biology in 2013 from East Carolina University. He also served as a research technician for East Carolina University’s Institute of Coastal Science and Policy from 2005 through 2011. Throughout his career, Mr. Wright has been involved in a wide array of projects ranging from gear efficiency studies and restoration projects working with commercial fishermen to environmental impact studies for local governments.
